Returns & Exchanges

Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since the receipt of your order, unfortunately, we can’t offer you an exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and have no scent or fragrance on it.

If you are unsatisfied with the fit of the item you have received and would like to exchange for the same item in a different size, we are able to accommodate this dependent on stock availability. Before making your purchase please take a look at our size chart, as we are unable to exchange your garment if stock is unavailable. Please note that return courier costs will not be the responsibility of Nia Cia. If you are eligible and you’d like us to arrange collection and delivery for your domestic exchange please communicate this with us.

Several types of goods are exempt from being exchanged. We do not accept products that are intimate such as swimsuit, bodysuits or leggings etc.

Additional non-returnable items: Gift cards

Refunds

Unfortunately, refunds are not applicable. Exchanges, however, if applicable, can be made within the 7 day time frame.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be exchanged, unfortunately, sale items cannot be exchanged.

Exchanges


We only replace items if they are unused & defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at niacia@niacia.com and we will make suitable arrangements for the exchange to take place given there is still stock available to exchange it for.
Please note that return courier costs will not be the responsibility of Nia Cia.

Customs


Nia Cia does not cover any custom charges that may be applied by the courier when delivering to certain countries (outside of South Africa), customs are to be paid by the receiver.
