​Please note that we have no influence on the delivery time. Delivery is usually between 8am - 5pm and is carried out by a third-party courier company. The courier will attempt to deliver twice before returning the parcel back to us. Please note that you will be liable for the shipping fees to re-send your order.

​The courier may call you on your cell number provided at checkout. Please note that if you provide an incorrect/incomplete delivery address or phone number, your order will not be delivered on time.

​Flat-rate: R 79 Payable for domestic standard shipping. Shipping for the area surrounding Blouberg, in Cape town is free.

​Nia Cia does not cover any custom or duty charges (foreseen and unforeseen) that may be applied by the courier company when delivering to certain countries (outside of South Africa), customs and duties are to be paid by the receiver.
